Tiptoe

I am a physician surgeon and I use the product Pialan Hair Dye (Black) for eye lash tint. I have had one tube for the past 4 years and will run out soon. Currently I live in Japan, I had been planning to return to Germany this year but that will not be possible. My request is to purchase a supply of the hair dye until I move back to a country that can do the eye lash tinting. If you have a distributor here in Japan, then I would be happy to go through them.
