A) Location & Building: Located strategically in Baddi, the industrial hub of Himachal Pradesh, Janus packaging is fast emerging as a leading industry with its solid infrastructure & innovations. Spread over 90000 sq. ft. with a dedicated 55000 sq. ft. of the completely covered dust proof production area operating in three floors. It is one of its kinds. An array of the latest state-of-the-art machines is poised to cater to the demands of the market today. It also purveys a separate section for receiving and dispatch goods, separate parking area, cafeteria and housing for employees, all within the protective circle of manicured lawns & healing greenery.

1.Esko: An integrated Packaging Software Suit with wide ... variety of powerful tools to ensure the best CAD based structural and graphic designs with enhanced color management & output control.
2.The Dainippon Screen CTP (Computer to Plate)-The computer to plate technology is undisputedly one of the most revolutionary breakthrough of our time. Eliminating the need of positives for plate exposing, CTP directly writes the image on the plate and simultaneously sends the image profile to CPC console. This not only gives us the best quality crispy prints but ensures the same in severely crunched time. Excellent dot clarity and color consistency for repeated jobs is just the icing on the cake.
C) PRESS:
1.CD 74 -6L F Format from Heidelberg, Germany: World renowned, CD 74 is a gem in printing 6 UV colors with on line UV coating at speed of 15000 impressions per hour.
2.OLIVER 566SI with Tower Coater from Sakurai, Japan: Another diamond from the printing world, it is capable of printing 5 colors with online coating at the speed of 15000 impressions per hour. Other printing machines hand in hand with our mission are: Heidelberg SORS Z CPC & Heidelberg SORZ.
D) POST PRESS: Post press process is supported by
1.Bobst Speria 106: is an auto-die cutter used for embossing and die cutting of solid board and paper as well as corrugated sheets at a high speed. The machine meets the modern day requirements of the market and is capable of handling jobs with flexibility and impeccable accuracy.
2.Bobst Amazon 700: is a high speed machine that performs various pre-folding and folding operations with unmatched accuracy. It is incorporated with box stream regulator that ensures perfect gluing of boxes at any speed. It is capable of processing side paste and lock bottom paste cartons and many other complex gluing patterns.
3.UV Flexo Coater: It is used for spot as well as full UV coating, aqueous and blister coating at an amazing speed of 7000 sheets per hour.
4.Foil Stamping: To carry out our Foil Stamping jobs our high delivery automatic Foil Stamping Machine ensures foil stamping job on sheet size up to 22x 30. Our specialization also extends in the process of both cold & thermal lamination.
5.Pratham Insert Folding Machine: Folding being a vital part of the production, the Pratham Insert Folding machine effortlessly carries out folding of any type of insert with cross fold for the core pharmaceutical industry.
