1.IntroductionCE verified , controlled by PLC and has a touch-screen,so it is easy to * machine can automaticly load tubes,check colour codes,fill,seal,stamp batch numbers,cut ends and exit tubes for plastic or aluminum-plastic tubes with diameter 16-60mm,length 60-258mm .
The procedure is operated by switch button and controlled by PLC.The whole machine adopts original air heater and hot-air heating system which can form high and steady flux to below the hot air into the tube,melt the plastic and stamping serrate and identification numbers.It can seal firmly with high speed can not damage the surface.The parts which touch the filling material directly are made of stainless steel.It can be widely used in daily cosmetic,medicine,toothpaste,food,lubricant and other industries.
