Lipliner pencils:Lipliner pencils give lips the perfect shape. Contouring the outer or inner edge of the liner maximizes or minimizes the lips as desired. Lipliner pencils contain pigment and less wax and oil than lipsticks. Their firmer constancy prevents the lipstick from smudging at the edges, even in translucent looks, for which less strongly pigmented liner are suitable. A huge selection of various lipliner gives lips greater definition.
