The Shampoo Mixing Tank is designed and fabricated to withstand vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing and to eliminate air entrapment. The tank consists of series of paddle blades, pitched or flat, of appropriate shape. A bottom entry homogenizer is also installed to homogenize all ingredients, hence there is no need to go for external inline homogenizer otherwise problem of aeration will increase process time. A suitable outlet is provided for the product discharge.
