HENOLIX produces the basic ingredient, i.e. raw cocoa powder from raw cocoa beans based on a proprietary process. The process for the production of raw cocoa powder was exclusively developed for application of the raw cocoa powder in cosmetic powders for skin care. The cocoa powder is named raw, because the raw beans are not fermented and roasted, in contrast to regular cocoa powder, which is produced from fermented and roasted beans.
